The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and technically minded Site Engineer to join our growing Land Remediation team, supporting the delivery of projects across the North West.
This is a great opportunity for someone with site engineering experience in construction, civil engineering, or land remediation who’s ready to take a hands‑on role in the technical and operational delivery of on‑site works.
As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key part in planning, supervising, and delivering remediation activities on site, making sure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. Working closely with senior engineers, project managers, clients, and subcontractors, you’ll help maintain high standards of quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee the delivery of land remediation projects from planning through to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
- Work closely with operations teams, clients, and consultants to coordinate day‑to‑day site activities.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery.
- Ensure works comply with industry standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously, often across different locations.
- Solid commercial awareness.
- An understanding of remediation techniques, groundworks, technical specifications, and relevant environmental regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
