They rank among the largest AGCO dealers in the UK, providing new equipment and aftersales support for Massey Ferguson (Chandlers (MF) Ltd), Fendt & Valtra (Chandlers (FV) Ltd), and JCB (through Chandlers RFM). In addition to a complete selection of supporting equipment from top manufacturers. As a JCB Engineer, your responsibilities will include repairing and servicing different models of JCB equipment. It is essential to maintain precise documentation. Identify and fix machinery issues to ensure that it functions at an optimal level according to the manufacturer's specifications and remains safe for operation. Show and set up equipment wherever necessary. It is essential to collaborate with service and workshop managers to ensure that demanding deadlines are achieved. Travel to clients in the vicinity of your depot to maintain and fix equipment. (Full driving license required) The perfect candidate will possess: A Level 3 qualification in Land Based Engineering (or a comparable qualification in HGV, Plant, or Construction) The ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of customers and team members. Open to participating in further training opportunities and specialized manufacturer instruction to enhance and refresh your skill set. Proficient in operating JCB equipment or similar agricultural machinery and open to working extra hours during busy farming and agricultural periods. Skilled at resolving issues and performing effectively under pressure, even in demanding situations and tight timelines.
